Switch To Beehiiv
After a lot of thought (and a lot of conversations with readers), I’m moving Notes from the Field from Substack over to Beehiiv.
Why?
Because I want this newsletter to grow into something bigger — a resource for park and greenway leaders who want practical insight, leadership lessons, and stories from the field. This is a personal decision and not a knock on Substack. For now I think Beehiiv gives me some tools I need for my growth and to re-engage unengaged readers and to reach a specific niche audience around park-related professionals. better tools to

If anything, the experience should feel cleaner, faster, and more consistent.
What’s next:
I’ll be sharing new issues, leadership lessons, and field-tested insights as Notes from the Field grows into its next chapter on Beehiiv. this of you that have been around since the beginning may see some of my older posts recycled and updated - but check it out anyway!
